You will easily recognize Daryn Kagan when you see her: she is a former reporter for CNN,still does feature stories for them and has a great website at www.DarynKagan.com. The website has an array of inspirational stories including a whole section devoted to Animals. Daryn is still based in Atlanta and interviewed me about Home for Life and our "third door" theory of change for animal welfare.
We were proud to be prominently featured on Daryn's website;her story on Home for Life launched yesterday, and she did an incredible job explaining our mission and programs. Mark Luinenburg's wonderful photos of our animals, including many from our outreach programs, the Pet Peace Corps,illustrate the story.
